I wonder what would attract someone on click on a ‘family’ gallery? Images close to someone else’s heart? I am confident that this section is probably the most important part of my work. Are these the best and most clever images? Not by any stretch. But photographs documenting family and life are often what matters the most. Here I try to capture everyday life in it’s raw and unfiltered, yet beautiful form. My work with various families, expecting mothers, children and couples over the years tries to echo the sentiment “Good photos are not valuable… But value makes for a good photograph“
